it is flat and has no welds on it

Hammerite No1 Rust Beater
Jenolite Re-Paint Coach Enamel
Whenever a repair had been carried out the entire area was painted with one coat of Rust Beater then all seams were treated with Seam Sealer, then another coat of Rust Beater and finally two coats of Re-Paint.
